From galley to table, sharing our recipes seasoned by the sea

 While living aboard, one of the challenges we discovered was figuring out how to make delicious recipes with minimal ingredients and effort. I love discovering new recipes, but there is nothing more discouraging than seeing countless ingredients listed, numerous hours of prep, and endless pots/ pans/ appliances needed to be used. When you live aboard, you simply do not have the space, time, and resources to make meals that are heavily involved. However, we believe that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice taste for adventure; both are intertwined and both should be enjoyed!

   Saylor and I are sharing our favorite meals that we believe are easy, boat friendly, minimal, and delicious. In this blog, you will find a mix of savory and sweet grubs that use canned goods, fresh catches, and simple produce you find in markets. Our hope is for nothing to go to waste and to keep your pantry full of items you will use!

   We hope you enjoy our simple recipes and hope it makes your voyage just a little bit sweeter.
